Chapter 125.
A song for going up to worship. Those who trust the Lord are like Mount Zion, which can never be shaken. It remains firm forever. 
⌞As⌟ the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds his people now and forever. 
A wicked ruler will not be allowed to govern the land set aside for righteous people. That is why righteous people do not use their power to do wrong. 
Do good, O Lord, to those who are good, to those whose motives are decent. 
But when people become crooked, the Lord will lead them away with troublemakers. Let there be peace in Israel!
